This website, parksvillecoombsaarally.com (“Website”), is owned and governed by the Parksville Coombs AA Rally Committee (“The Committee”).

By using the Website, you consent to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

Registration Orders and Payments

We use e-commerce software tools to collect registration orders on our Website.

We do not collect banking, credit card, nor debit card information through the Website nor by email. Credit and debit card payments are processed securely through Square Canada, Inc. online payment system. E-transfer payments are processed securely through Interac e-transfer service.

We may receive the last four digits of credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts in confirmation and payment emails, with other digits hidden.

Delivery of Services

When you place an order for tickets online on the Website, we receive order confirmation and corresponding payment confirmation by email.

When we have confirmed we have received your registration order and payment in full, we assign tickets for the registration items on your order and create a physical registration package for you.

Tickets purchased online are available for pickup at the registration desk after 3pm on the first day and throughout the rest of the Rally.

Refunds

Please contact us to request a refund.

Data Collection and Privacy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on the Website or through our payment processing providers, or provide us in any other way, including name, email, communications, purchase history, and other personally identifiable information.

We use your personal data only for the purposes of administering Rally registrations, communications with you and between Rally members, communications with our payment processing partners, and for any other purpose to administer our Rallies.

We do not share your personally identifiable data with anyone outside the The Committee.

You may withdraw your consent for us to store your information at any time by emailing us.

We are not responsible for and have no control over the privacy and data collection practices of any other website including but not limited to email providers, payment processing providers, online store software providers, and statistics software providers.

Statistics

Statistics help us improve our website for our registrants. We use software tools on the Website to automatically collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; computer and connection information, session information (cookies), page response times, length of visits to certain pages, and page interaction information.

Your name and email address are not collected for the purpose of website statistics.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content contained within the Website is property of The Committee. This includes but is not limited to text, images, documents, files and anything that contributes to the composition of the Website.
